Timberline Growth Co. started with a simple observation: too many small businesses were spending real money on marketing that couldn't tell them what was actually working. They were guessing, and the agencies they hired were letting them.
The name says it all. In the mountains, the timberline marks the point where conditions get harder and most growth stops. We exist to help our clients push past that line with strategies grounded in data, built for their market, and explained in plain English.
We started in Nampa because the Treasure Valley is our home. We know this market, we're invested in the businesses here, and we love being part of something that's growing fast. But great strategy doesn't stop at state lines. We bring that same hands-on, relationship-first approach to businesses everywhere.

Cole spent seven years in digital marketing, starting with a nationwide agency located in his hometown of Blackfoot before helping a nationwide RV retailer scale from 17 to 30 locations and nearly $1 billion in revenue. That experience taught him one thing: great ads without great funnels waste money. He founded Timberline Growth Co. to bring enterprise-level marketing, automation, and strategy to small and mid-size businesses. Cole lives in Nampa with his wife and two kids, and loves spending time in the mountains.
